The Motto of the Traditional Catholic

I saw this post on the blog A Quiet Catholic, and it contained the following motto:
The Traditional Catholic's Motto

We are what you once were.
We believe what you once believed.
We worship as you once worshipped.
If you were right then, we are right now.
If we are wrong now, you were wrong then.

I started to wonder, who is it aimed at? Is it aimed at Catholics who have left the Faith? Is it aimed at the Protestants? Who are we trying to deliver this message to?

It's aimed at modernists, laity and clergy alike, who tell Catholics that venerable practices from centuries past are now not worth bothering about....including the traditional Mass
